The project “Lease of equipment with software necessary to provide security services for OSE” is implemented as part of a nationwide program aimed at connecting all schools in Poland to fast and secure Internet.
Key assumptions
Website traffic protection (http and https) for 4,400 schools in Poland covering:
blocking access to dangerous websites (phishing, spyware, etc.)
analysis of the downloaded content in order to detect and block malware
dynamic control of web content viewed by users
Implementation was based on the following solutions:
28 servers with McAfee WebGateway software
A CAS (Content Scoring) system that uses AI to analyze content on pages
GreyLog for central log collection
Dedicated applications for generating pdf reports
Dedicated application for entering exceptions for school directors
